Automated Storage for Dyes
A self-supporting structure is linked to the stacker crane, responsible for loading and unloading the equipment. An external fairing offers protection to the stored dyes, in an environment controlled by a dehumidifier, which guarantees the preservation of the products in use.
The entire process is managed through an interface, which can be integrated into the customer’s ERP, for stock control and interaction with the laboratory, production planning and control process and purchasing.
The manipulation table has an exhaust hood, which eliminates the dispersion of dyes during the recipe weighing process. Recipes are accessed through the interface, where consumption and intercurrences are recorded, offering precise control of the process.
The entire load movement cycle is carried out automatically and with speed, with productivity and safety.
